He was predeceased by: his father Douglas Degen; and his brothers, Douglas and Roy. He is survived by: his mother Gloria Foster; his stepsiblings, Bill Foster (Diane), Barbara Foster, Kathy Pardo and Lorraine Fierro; and his nieces and nephews, Billy Foster, Nicky Foster, Danny Foster, Rianna Foster and Marissa Singh.
