It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Sue Waud of Hudson, Florida, born in San Diego, California, who passed away on January 25, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Nauta and Marian Nauta (Jenner); her brother Douglas Nauta; and her husband Charles "Ben" Waud. She is survived by: her sisters, Sally Minnix and Karen Miller Ferrante (Joseph); her children, Kristin Jones, Peter Jones (Cherryl) and Mitchell Jones (Frances); and her stepson Christopher Waud (Amy).
It's kind of a combination of Parkinson's and Alzheimer's. Looking back, however, there were signs that the disease had begun to take hold earlier.
