He was predeceased by: his parents, Lenard S. Mills Sr. and Kathrine Armistead Mills; and his son Richard "Rickie" Mills. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Mills; his daughters, Kathy Mills, Sherri Mills and Hollie Mills; and his grandson Aiden Cabrera.
