Though Leland James may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Leland James touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William L. Armstrong and Sarah E. Armstrong (Picco); his wife Nancy S. Armstrong; his children, Steven Armstrong (Daniele), Daniel Armstrong and Cindi Hinds; and his sisters, Shirley Ford and Joyce Bannow. He was also cherished by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Memorial Funeral Home (16931 US-19, Hudson, FL 34667). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
