He is survived by: his wife Tammy Parks; his daughters, Jennifer Tinker and Tonya Tinker; and his siblings, David Parks (Pat), Howard Parks (Evelyn) and Elaine Parks. He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren and his one great-grandchild.
