He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Miller; his daughter Darla Miller; his mother Mary "June" Hartman; and his brother Thomas Miller (Anna Miller). He is survived by: his children, Cathy Klevorn (Chris), Jami Simone (Jon), Greg Miller and Darci Shaftic (Jay); his grandchildren, Shane, Justin, Rachel, Kayla and Cole; and his siblings, Jeanene Perkins and Judy Miller. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
