He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Cotter and Donna Cotter; and his daughter Tracy Ann. He is survived by: his wife Janice Kay Begole Cotter; his brother Neil Cotter (Shirley); and his stepbrothers, David Lockhart (Sandy), Joel Lockhart and Kim Lockhart (Sandy). He is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews.
