He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Lewis and Cora Lewis; and his siblings, Barbara Lewis, Janet Nye, Mary Lewis and Danny Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lewis; his son Dennis Harmon; his daughter-in-law Roxanne; his daughter Dawn Torres; his son-in-law Frank; his grandchildren, Gregory Harmon, Sean Harmon and Meghann Zarrillo; and his siblings, Ronnie Lewis and Abby Hartge. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
