He was predeceased by: his parents, John Orville Davis and Margaret Webb Davis; and his siblings, Jimmy Davis, Jerry Davis and Debbie Davis Poston.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Sexton Davis; his son Rick (Nancy McMurray Davis) of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Laura of Tampa and George of Indianapolis, IN.; his son Shane Davis (Hudson) of Greenville; his grandchildren, Coleton (Karlea) of Texas, Bryson of Texas, Shaylee of Texas, Delaney of Texas and Kiljong Lee (Eric) of Hawaii; his son John P Davis of Weeki Wachee; and his sister Sandy Davis of Rogersville, TN. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews that were like his own children.
