He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph H. Beers and Elizabeth G. Beers; his son Ronald F. Beers; and his siblings, Ralph A. Beers and Rachael Mary Beers.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy A. Lee Beers; his children, Richard A. Beers of Florida, Kimberly A. Bachman (Joseph A. Bachman) of Pennsylvania, Sharon K. Wilkins (Richard J. Wilkins) of Texas, Cynthia J. Wentline (Paul) and Wentline (Wendy G. Gillean) of Pennsylvania; and his daughter-in-law Lourdes Beers. He is also survived by numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
