He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Reichert and Ellen Reichert (Kemler). He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Reichert (Demarle); his children, Warren (Debbie) and Leonie; and his sisters, Ethel and Lyda. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Elmer's memory to the Salvation Army or the Wounded Warriors Project.
