She is survived by: her husband James Lacek; her children, Theresa Green of Florida and Michael Green (Jessica) of Michigan; her stepsons, James Lacek, Jr. of Virginia, Christopher Lacek of Texas and Richard Lacek of Virginia; her siblings, Larry Williams, Carol LaBonte, Lola Lay, Jane Pagnozzi and Ed Parker; and her mother Jeannette Leonard. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
