He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann and David; and his brothers, Howard, Eric and Robin Antonio.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Antonio; his children, Tabithaann Gregor (Shawn), Faith Antonio, Dawn M. Summo-Clement (Keith), Davidpaul Antonio (Emily Pettite) and Todd Gardner Antonio; his grandchildren, Bri Alexis, Ethan Antonio, Christien Antonio, Sarah Clement, Shelby Althouse (Austin) and Halle Gardner; his great grandchildren, Lura and Kanaan Althouse; and his siblings, Fahamisha Jaramogi (Sule), William Antonio (Lonnie), Brook Antonio Sr., Peggi Antonio-Collier, Dwayne Antonio Sr. (Zoila), Penny Antonio, Michelle Meekins, Donald Antonio and Rose. He is also survived by his cousins, nephews, nieces.
