He is survived by: his wife Jackie Summers; his children, Trey Summers (Laura), Mike Summers (Robin), Steve Summers (Michelle) and Lindsey Spade; and his stepchildren, Kelly Galbreath (Ashley), Jamee MacDonald (Ryan), Jimmy Scott (Ashley Phillips) and Erin Scott (Aaron Stevenson). He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
