She was predeceased by: her parents, David Workman and Joann Price-Brattain (Perkins); and her stepfathers, Fred Price and John Brattain. She is survived by: her daughter Nici Hernandez (Christopher); her siblings, Bucky Price (Lisa), Donnie Price (Cheryl), David Workman (Mary), Cyndi Workman, Tracy Skinner, Lenora Shumaker and Gina Secor (Mark); and her stepmother Bobbie Workman. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Greater Wichita YMCA or a local foster family.
