He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances H. Richter (Kearns) and Charles F. Richter; and his sister Eleanor Richter. He is survived by: his wife Maxine (Mickey); his children, Charles Richter, Jr., Christine Richter-Harvey and Charlene Deitz; his son-in-law Charles Deitz; his grandchildren, Leah Donnell, Charles Deitz II, Kevin Deitz, Chad Harvey and Mark Harvey; his great grandchildren, Kathleen, Amelia, Philip, Grant, Alaura, Charles III, Sean, Elise, Finnegan, Kaya, Ezra and Alexander; and his child Kaycie.
