She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Mayberry and Laura Layman Mayberry; her husband Robert Gene Slusher; her siblings, Raymond Mayberry, Veronica Serey, Annabelle O'Neal and Rosemary Ellington; her nephew Vincent Mayberry; and her great-nieces, Heather Serey Wilson and Lyndsay Serey.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jarrod Patrick Slusher (Ashland), Christy Marie Shope of Lexington, Megan Elizabeth Slusher (Don Kouns) and Monica Rose Taylor (Nathan); her stepsons, Eric Frank Jacobs of New Port Richey and Lucus Duane Jacobs of Clearwater; her great grandchildren, Caden Lee Riley, Emmit Jayce Kouns, Tucker Owen, Henry Conrad, Russell Garrison Taylor, Mila Ray Slusher, Raygan Lillie Kouns and Norma Maybry Taylor; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Laykin, Brooklyn Kouns and Weston Jacobs; and her nieces and nephews, Elaine Mayberry Phillips Hibbett, Cheri Serey Light, Betsy Serey Wallace, Bill Serey, Paul Richard Stephens (PR) and Joe Ellington.
