He was predeceased by: his father Charles W Carroll Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Alice E Short; his children, Katie Baker, Justin, Carroll III, Dana and Kathryn Carroll; and the mother of his children Terri Carroll. He is also survived by His 7 Grandchildren, many nieces, nephews.
