She was predeceased by: her husband Amos Sumner; her son Reggie Sumner; her parents, Samuel Ira and Boonie Jane Stoutamire; and her sister Mary Ann Payne.
She is survived by: her grandparent Wade Hampton Stoutamire; and her daughter-in-law Tracy Sumner. She is also survived by her sons and their wives, Earnest W. and Janice Sumner and Archie and Margo Sumner; daughters.
