“I worked with Tom ("Jack") in the Clearwater Police Department for many years. I first met him in 1977, when I rode with him as a Police Explorer. To say that he kept me in stitches all day long, would be an understatement! I was later hired full-time and worked with him over the years until his retirement. Tom Mulder was honest, decent, fair, and quite funny! I am honored to have known him and to call him a friend...he will certainly be missed. Rest easy and Godspeed, my friend.”
