He is survived by: his wife Roberta (Bobbie) of Homosassa; his children, Ryan Michael Black (Brittani) of Shippensburg and Lauren Nicole West (Black) of Charlottesville, VA.; his siblings, Charles Black (Cathy) and Kim Payne (Derik); his siblings-in-law, Debra Watson, Jeffery McMullen (Debra) of Shippensburg, Pam Etter (Richard) and Greg McMulllen (Shawna) of Newburg, PA.; and also Aaron of Charlottesville, VA..
