He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Lee Travis of Homosassa; his parents, James F. Travis and Vitus C. Travis; and his brothers, James Travis and Michael Travis.
He is survived by: his children, Geoffrey Travis (Kathy Girard) of Hague, NY and Jennifer Travis (Joseph DeConno) of Colonie, NY; the mother of his children Mary Martinelli; his stepchildren, William, Lisa and Jay; his granddaughters, Alyssa Travis (Cody Struffolino) and Mackenzie Travis (Austin Coyne); and his brother Philip Travis (Judy) of New Bedford, MA. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (343 New Karner Rd, Colonie, NY 12205). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
