With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Wayne Perkins of Homosassa, Florida, born in Oneida, Tennessee, who passed away on April 18, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Effie Slaven and Andrew Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Norma Perkins (Dunn); his children, Jerry Wayne Perkins Jr. and Melissa Sue Perkins-Fercha (Nadia); his siblings, Benjamin Perkins (Margo), Bill Perkins (Tia), Steve Perkins (Julie), Richard Perkins, Charles Perkins (Debbie) and Debra Lange; and his grandchildren, MontDiego Xavier, Amaricee Vidonia and Lochlyn Cosette. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Should friends or family wish to contribute to supporting the family, the family had requested donations to a GoFundMe for Little Jerry.
