He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Johnson and Clarys Jemison Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie V. Johnson; his sons, Dave Johnson (Tammy), Jim Johnson (Linda) and Ted Johnson (Susie); his stepson Jamie Salay; and his sisters, Maranee Bowen and Judy Ferraro (Larry). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren.
