He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Brown and Bertha Miller (Caldwell). He is survived by: his wife Bethann Brown; his children, Phillip James Brown (Ambrielle) and Rena Ann Brown; his grandchildren, Cameron Brown, Gracie Brown and Harper Brown; and his sisters, Kathy Williams and Phyllis Clark (Mark).

Memorial donations may be given to the donor's choice or to The Brown Family College Fund for Jim's grandchildren.
