He was predeceased by: his sister Carolyn; and his son John. He is survived by: his wife Mildred "Millie"; his children, Steven, Terina and Cathy; and his brothers, Gary, Ken, Doug and Craig. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
