She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandchild Facetime; her father Royce; her husband Jeffrey; her children, Katie Russell (Ryan) of Kalamazoo, MI and Jordan Evans of Cookeville, TN; her grandchildren, Olivia, Logan Evans, Lucas, Greyson and Austin Russell; her mother Suzanne Hagan of Pendleton, IN; and her sisters, Anne Hagan (Kevin Kilcoyne) of Philadelphia, PA and Michelle Hagan-Short (Alan Short) of Huntington, IN. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations will be accepted and dedicated to the Ludington Recreation Swim Team where Dawn coached.
