It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carla Blackwell (Homestead, Florida), born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on December 29, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis John and Eunice Faye Wilson (Mathews). She is survived by: her children, John Applin Blackwell (Virginia "Ginny") of Dew, TX, Michael Louis Blackwell (Tonya) of Krum and Susan Faye Greak (Daniel) of Tarkington, TX; her grandchildren, Travis, Cooper Blackwell, McKenzie (OU), Kade Blackwell, Nathan and Cullen Greak; her great grandchild Emersyn Rae Sangl; her brother Milton Wilson (Wanda); her aunt Sybil Waters of Palestine, TX; and her sister Linda (Bob Stout). She is also survived by nieces and nephews; brother-in-laws, sister-in-law and other relatives.
