She was predeceased by: her mother Audrey Stephens; her stepfather Joseph Stephens; her brothers, Hugh Jacobs and Andy Stephens; her son Philip Coker; and her stepson Shawn Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband John; her siblings, Hazel Yarbrough and Jerry Stephens (Pat); her children, Gina Dankert (Gary), Broward Coker (Elizabeth), Charlotte Mullis and Kevin Palmer (Michelle); her stepchildren, Scott Johnson (Angie) and Carrie Berry (David); her grandchildren, Shawn Coker (Tasha), Ami Halwes (Chad), Adam Wright, Danyelle Spong-Coker, Myra Mullis, Matthew Mullis, Jeanette Morin and Taylor Palmer; and her great grandchild Elaina Coker.
