He was predeceased by: his parents, William W. Parker and Lettie Morall Hardy Parker; his wife Janice E. Brackin Parker; and his brother-in-law James C. McCombs. He is survived by: his siblings, Clifford R. Parker (Judy) of Milton, Florida, Julia Ray Velez Castillo (Sam) of Fort Walton Beach and LeeQue McCombs of Holt; his niece Julie Kellum of Atlanta; his nephews, Phillip Parker of Milton and Roy Max Brackin, Jr. (Brenda) of Pulaski; his brother-in-law Roy Max Brackin, Sr. (Ersel); his nephew Andy; and his niece Rachel.
