She was predeceased by: her father Ray Edward Aligood Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Myrtle Elizabeth Aligood; her sons, Michael Albert Adams (Jordan Edwards) and Jonathan Spencer Adams (Meagan Miller); her siblings, Ray Edward Aligood Jr. and Mary Jackson (Alan Hudson); and her nieces, Colbie Jackson and Danielle Jackson (Josh Brahier). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
