He was predeceased by: his parents, Perlie Floyd and Bessie Starbuck (Johnson); and his sister Beula. He is survived by: his wife Eva Leona Starbuck (Surber); his children, Gary Starbuck (Vickie) of Carmichael, CA and Dianne Conners (James) of Holt, FL.; his siblings, John Starbuck (Peggy) of Kirksville, MO and Lucile York of Kirksville, MO.; and his grandchildren, Cynthia Connors, Shane and Bryant Starbuck. He is also survived by 5 Great grandchildren.
The family requests no flowers be sent and those wishing to do so, memorials be made to a charity of your choice.
