He is survived by: his parents, Curtis Mitchell and Kathleen Quinlan; his brothers, Christopher Mitchell (Heather) of Virginia Beach and Daniel Mitchell (Rosanna) of Naples, Florida.; and his nieces and nephews, Julia, Sara, Ainhoa, Matthew and Luken.
