He was predeceased by: his father Victor W Battaglia Sr.; and his stepfather James M Socci. He is survived by: his mother Camille Socci; his brother Michael Battaglia; and his nieces and nephews, Britani, Amanda, Matthew and Alexander. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Autism Speaks the Staten Island Chapter to honor his nephew Mikey Battaglia.
