He is survived by: his children, Peggy Starr and Richard Hugo Hidalgo; his son-in-law Michael Starr; his grandchildren, Adrian Fernandez, Andres Fernandez, Julian Amor, Madison Hidalgo, Jessica Lacy and Paige Starr; and his great grandchildren, Emma and April Fernandez.
