She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jay Hess; her children, David Hess and Jacqueline Pikulin (Steven); her siblings, Juliet Schmidt, Raymonde Frija, Mark Frija, Simon Frija, Daniel Frija, Ralph Frija and Victor Frija; her grandchildren, Richard Hess, Christina Hess, Melissa Pikulin and Joshua Pikulin; and her great grandchild Eliza.
