She was predeceased by: her father Reverend F. D. Kitchens (Eula Mae); her grandson Rasheed Sampson; and her brothers, Roland Goodman, Hanif Abdurahhim and Victor Goodman.
She is survived by: her mother Marjorie Goodman; her sons, Tommy L. Sampson, Jr. of Jacksonville, FL. and David L. Sampson; and her siblings, Timothy E. Kitchens of Delray Beach, FL. and Joann Emmanuel of Delaware. She is also survived by her family and her friends.
