He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Smith and Esther Smith; and his brothers, David Smith and Eugene Smith. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ann Pearson Smith; his sons, Gregory (Patricia) of Hoschton, GA, Thomas (Olga) of Okeechobee, FL, Steven (Cynthia) of Plantation, FL and Andrew (Emilie) of Sunrise, FL; and his sister Nancy Marchese (Victor Marchese) of Nashville, TN.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First United Church of Christ, 200 N. 46th Avenue, Hollywood, FL 33021, or the Shriners Hospital for Children.
