She was predeceased by: her parents, Libero Caranci and Maria Caranci (Medeiros); and her sons, Leo Mitchell, Norman Anthony, Christopher Carl, Joseph John and Larry Augustine.

She is survived by: her children, Marcel Joseph, Maryjane Nielsen (Glen), Norma Caroline, Russell Martin, Cherie Mae, Marceline Ann, Paul James (Liz) and Jason Noel. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, soon to be 3 great grandchildren.
