She is survived by: her father Jim Simmons (Rose Kuhle) of Hazel Green, WI; her children, Becca, JT and Rebecca Birkenstock of Jupiter, FL; her grandson Waylon; her stepmother Mary Simmons of Denver; her siblings, Leslie Simmons (Mark Slaughter) of Anchorage, AK, Josh Simmons (Erin) of Denver, CO and Jason Simmons (Luma) of Austin, TX; and her nieces and nephews, Kyra Ingalls, Emily, Molly Romero, Jack, Tom, Lucy Simmons, Leo and Sofia Simmons.
