He was predeceased by: his mother Geraldine Virginia Boyd. He is survived by: his father Warren Walter Boyd; his wife Therese Ann Boyd; his son David Michael Boyd, MD of Arizona; his granddaughters, Isabella (Bella) and Elisabeth (Ellie); his children, Paul Francis Boyd of Florida and Caitlin Maura Boyd of Florida; and his pet Coco.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church (1400 S State Rd 7, North Lauderdale, FL 33068). An entombment was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery (1500 S State Rd 7, North Lauderdale, FL 33068).
