She is survived by: her brother Evelio Pereira Somonte; her nieces and nephews, Vladimir Pereira Alacan, Regla Pereira Acosta, Edenia Pereira Acosta, Caridad Pereira Acosta and Alexces Pereira Alacan; and her goddaughter Beatriz Margarejo Socarra.
