She is survived by: her husband Mardy Gill Evans; her children, Roy Dean Polaske, Tracy (Tracy Polaske), April (Robert Stivers), Carl Polaske, Danny Evans and Michelle (John Mcintyre); her grandchildren, Michael, April Polaske, Dominick Reid, Ginamarie, Xavier Flores, Elizabeth Reid, Renee Stivers, Stivers Triplets, Robert Polaske, Tyler Creamer, Laura Polaske, Kayla Cline, Katie Milton, Tyler Evans, Dylan Evans and Brendyn Evans; and her great grandchildren, Lilliana, MJ, DJ, Blakey, Atticus, Ariana, Charlie, Bryson, Connor, Zeppelin, Shawn, MaryJane, Neil and Claudia.
