She is survived by: her child Seaton Montessori; her parents, Jairaj Chugh and Betty Ann Chugh (Wisniewski); and her grandparents, Barney, Jean Wisniewski (Chase) of Elliot Lake, Canada and Roshan Chugh (Irani) of Toronto.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be made to a charity that had meaning to her.
