He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sheehan and Addie Sheehan (Rogers); his wife Karen Marie Wiater; his sons, Kevin and Timothy; and his sister Patricia.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Ellen Lesage (Charles); his children, John III (Crystal), Patrick (Heather), Kathy Sheahan (Ken) of Maureen Sheehan, MD and Shannon Sheehan Eakle (Dave); his grandchildren, Kelly Foerder (Robert), John IV Sheehan (Jessica), Sarah Roth (Adam), Ryan Sheehan (Arianna), Brianna Sheehan, Emily Sheehan, Becca Sheehan, Kyle Sheehan, Trevor Sheehan, Kevin Sheahan (Heather), Kaleigh Sheahan, Nichole Rave (Matt), Connor Sheehan, Kennedy Sheehan and Meghan Sheehan; and his great grandchildren, Reid, Elsie, Adeline Foerder, John V, Evelynn, Henry, Magnus Sheehan, Harvey, Charlie Roth, Ava, Ben Sheahan and Maeve Rave.
