He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Kowalsky and Estelle Lapp Kowalsky. He is survived by: his sister Francine Bober (Larry); his wife Debbie; his children, Daniel Kowalsky (Shannon), Julie Corbett (Kevin), James Kowalsky (Susie) and Jon Kowalsky (Jenelle); his grandchildren, Katie, Eily, Nathan Corbett and Abby; and his children, Aria, Davina and Eliza Kowalsky.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Humane Society of South Broward where Jerry volunteered for many years.
