She is survived by: her son Roosevelt Peterson, Jr. of Hollywood; her daughter-in-law Florence Peterson of West Park; her grandchildren, Kelvin McClendon of Alabama, Akinya Peterson of Panama City, Jermaine Peterson of Kentucky, Grady Peterson, Jr. of Kentucky, Renee McClendon of Panama City, Tunisha Virginia (Ron) of West Park, Tyana Herron (Bobby) of Atlanta and Lawanda Grant of Hallandale; her great grandchildren, Darion McClendon, Kennedy McClendon, Trace McClendon, Kelis McClendon, Christian Peterson, Demarius Peterson, Keshawn Peterson, Kaluv Peterson of Malachi Mason, Mi, Michael Mason and Allyse Fisher; her brother Robert Thornton (Margaret) of New Jersey; and her close friend Jean Ryals of Hallandale. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
