He is survived by: his wife Lillian; his stepchildren, Linda Levine (Bruce) of Boca Raton and Fred Berliner (Alejandra) of Coral Gables; and his grandchildren, Helene Shore of San Diego, Jennifer Paletz of Laguna Niguel, Larry Berliner of Miami, Matthew Levine of San Diego, Jessica Behrens of Denver and Lindsay Kupfer of Coral Gables.
