He is survived by: his wife Claire Greene; his children, Dana Greene, Bonnie Morganti (David), Sharon Greene, Donna Pascalis (Keith) and Mark Greene; his sisters, Marjorie Volgraff, Caroline Matteo and Barbara Rosenblatt; and also, Jennifer Leftwich (Preston), Jason Greene (Lais), Craig Greene (Sarah), Jillian Johnson (Jeff), Jessica McGale (James), Meghan White (Kevin), Chelsea Driscoll (Andrew), Lily Leftwich, Liam Leftwich, Jason White, Melody White, Hunter Johnson, Brody Greene and Connor Greene.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
