He was predeceased by: his wife Bobbie; his parents, James and Virginia; and his siblings, Irene and Jerry.

He is survived by: his son Don Jr. (Debbie); his grandchildren, Craig (Kat), Matthew, Kimberly (Kevin), Brandon and Michael; his great grandchildren, Emma and Benson; and his siblings, Jim (Sharon), Bob (Marlene), Pat (Linda), Rose (Gene) and Judy (Jim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
